Four of the businesses we build for are within half an hour of Detroit. Every site listed here is live — open it and judge the work yourself.
Mobile-first venue site with an event gallery and a booking inquiry form built into the page flow.
Six-service wellness site with Arketa booking integration and local business structured data.
Multi-page salon and spa site with a full service menu and local SEO built in from the start.
Event landing page with menu, schedule and map, structured so organizers can update it without a developer.
Most agency homepages open with a review count. Ours cannot: AIWebHub started taking client work in 2024 and has never collected star ratings, so putting a number here would mean inventing one. What we can put here is the address of every site we have shipped, each one linked from the portfolio and openable in a new tab right now. That is a slower kind of proof than a badge, and it is the only kind we can stand behind.
Every client URL
The four Metro Detroit sites above are live. Open one, use it on your phone, and form a view before you call us.
A written case study per project
What the client needed, what we proposed, what actually shipped — one per project, on the portfolio.
The stack, by name
Next.js, React and TypeScript, deployed as static files to a global CDN. No mystery platform, no lock-in.
Who does the work
AIWebHub is founder-led. Cosmin Balaur founded the studio in 2024 and writes the code.
A star rating or review count
We have never collected them, so any number here would be one we made up.
Revenue-lift percentages
We cannot show you the math behind a figure like that, so we do not quote one.
A price list
Every project is scoped and quoted on its own. What that involves is the next section.
The Metro Detroit sites are the quickest way to check all of that at once, but they are not the whole record. The portfolio also holds a driver-recruitment site for a Chicago car hauler, a hotel-search platform that runs in more than thirty languages, and a stone fabricator whose work had never been online before. Each entry links to its live site and its case study, so nothing on this page needs to be taken on trust.
See the full recordNothing here is unusual, which is rather the point: you should be able to see the whole shape of a project before you spend anything on one.
We start with what the business needs to happen, not with a page list. What you sell, who has to find it, and what the site has to do that the current one does not. One call usually covers it.
You get the scope and the project price in writing, usually within a day. It is a document, not a tier you get sorted into, and the number does not move unless the scope does.
A preview link goes live in the first week. You review real pages on a real URL while changes are still cheap, instead of approving a flat mockup and meeting the site at launch.
The site, the domain and the analytics are yours the day it ships. Support afterwards — hosting, updates, backups, monitoring — is a separate monthly plan you can cancel with 30 days notice.
A published tier has to be priced for an average business, and the businesses we build for are not average. A salon that needs online booking and a banquet hall that needs a photo-heavy event gallery are different projects at the same page count, and a tier list charges them the same. So we scope first and quote second, in writing, before any work starts.
Fair — most people do. We built a calculator that reports what two independent 2026 surveys, GoodFirms and WebFX, say a build like yours costs, and shows you where the two disagree and why. Those are the surveys' figures, not ours, and using it does not put you in a funnel.
Open the cost calculatorNo. The studio is based in Michigan and four of the businesses we build for are within half an hour of Detroit — Warren, Utica and Rochester Hills — but the portfolio also holds a driver-recruitment site for a Chicago car hauler and a hotel-search platform that runs in more than thirty languages. Discovery calls, preview links and reviews all happen remotely either way, so distance rarely decides anything. Being local mostly means we can meet at your place of business if that is easier.
Because you can check it without us. Every project in the portfolio links to the live site, so you can open it, use it on your phone and form your own view in about two minutes — which is more than a star rating tells you anyway. Each project also has a written case study covering what the client needed, what we proposed and what shipped. AIWebHub has never collected star ratings, so rather than publish a number we cannot back, we publish the addresses.
Open the portfolioWe scope it first. One call establishes what the site has to do, and the quote that follows is a written scope with a project price attached, usually within a day. It stays fixed unless the scope changes. A published tier would have to be priced for an average business, which is how agencies end up charging the same for a one-page site and a booking-driven salon. If you want a range before that conversation, our cost calculator reports what independent 2026 surveys say a build like yours costs.
Open the cost calculatorCosmin Balaur, who founded AIWebHub in 2024 and is its lead developer, works directly on every build — the person you talk to on the first call is the person writing the code. The stack is Next.js, React and TypeScript, deployed as static files to a global CDN, and it is the same stack this site runs on. You can judge it from the page you are reading.
Yes, and it is a common starting point. Some of the sites in our portfolio replaced something older that was slow on a phone, invisible in local search, or no longer looked like the business it represented. A rebuild begins the same way a new build does: a call about what is not working, then a written scope covering what carries across — content, URLs and the search rankings you have already earned.
It is yours. The site, the domain and the analytics transfer to you at launch, and nothing about the handover depends on you staying. Ongoing support is a separate, optional monthly plan covering hosting, security and software updates, daily backups, uptime monitoring, performance checks and content changes, and it can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
Send over what the business needs and we will come back with a written scope and a project price, usually within a day. If you would rather look at the work first, that is the better order anyway.
